  2. 2Release to stop. Your words appear in the focused field instantly.
  3. 3Select text, hold the AI-edit key, then say how to change it (Alt+W; Right ⌘ on Mac).
  4. 4Talk to the built-in AI Agent for quick answers, or rebind any key, in Settings.
  5. 5Review, copy, or re-run past dictations from History.

💡 Tip: Speak naturally. Messy is fine. Mr.Speech tidies up filler words, capitalization, and punctuation for you.

Plans & connecting AI (MCP)

Plans is a simple Kanban board that turns talk into tasks. Build boards of columns and cards and drag them as work moves. And with MCP you can connect an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, so it can create and move those cards. And search your notes or read a meeting. Right inside your own Mr.Speech account.

How to use it

  1. 1Open Plans, click New board, then add columns and cards and drag them as work moves.
  2. 2Open any card to set its due date, labels, checklist, and comments.
  3. 3Send a meeting's action items straight to a board. Re-sending never duplicates cards. And check My Tasks for everything due.
  4. 4Want an AI assistant to handle this for you? Open Settings → Integrations → “Connect to AI assistants” and add the connection link to Claude or ChatGPT (or turn on the local server for Claude Code and Cursor).
  5. 5Sign in with your Mr.Speech account, then choose what it can touch. Notes, plans, calendar. Read-only or read-write.

💡 Tip: New to giving AI access? Start read-only. You can allow write access later, once you trust the assistant.
