Will the client see a recording bot?
No. Recording happens on your own computer, so no extra participant appears, in the browser or in a desktop app. Still tell people you are recording. It is good practice and, in many places, the law.
Can I keep clients strictly apart?
Yes. Each client can have its own project with its own notebook, plan and memory. Filing a meeting is a move you make yourself, never an automatic one, so nothing lands with the wrong client by accident.
What if a client forbids cloud processing?
Use the fully private mode. Dictation, notes, search and the transcription of recorded meetings then run on your machine with no internet. Our security page states where each step is processed, so your client can assess it.
